Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your order. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please read our policy below.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, including:

  • Correct original packaging
  • All original labels and tags attached
  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged condition

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is returned in incorrect packaging/damaged packaging, if the garment is damaged, or if any labels or tags have been removed.

  • The item or items you would like to return
  • The reason for your return

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide further instructions.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please email:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The item or items you would like to exchange
  • The size or item you would like to exchange for

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refused Returns

Returns may be refused if:

  • The item is returned after the 14-day return period
  • The item is not returned in the correct packaging/packaging damaged
  • The garment is damaged
  • Tags or labels have been removed
  • The item appears worn, used, or not in its original condition

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect (Damaged packaging is not included)

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Import Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or for parcels refused due to unpaid fees.
